Fisheries Development Board has announced online jobs 2022 vacancy of Office Assistant PPS-05 on open merit, Place of Posting Islamabad, qualification (Gradate)

Fisheries Development Board is established for:

provide and maintain a platform for improving and promoting fisheries sector in all over the Pakistan, where the participants, professional and intermediaries may discuss issues of common interest, identify new solutions that establish the proficiency of that field of fisheries and initiate development programs, promote regional and global incorporation and to assume activities in Pakistan and / or abroad for any or all of the purposes for which the FDB main objects, which are:

• To plan, promote facilitate and coordinate with public private sector for accelerated development of and investment in the fisheries field in Pakistan,
• To promote and facilitate measures to improve the marketing of and also to promote and facilitate producer-owned and controlled organizations for fish, shrimps and marine food products within Pakistan and the export thereof, without indulging in such trade,
• To promote, facilitate and care the development and dissemination of appropriate aquaculture technologies for smallholders in Pakistan, and to undertake capacity building of all stakeholders in the fisheries field.

FDB is Govt department has enhanced to boost up the development of Fisheries with particular situation to provide and support a platform for establishing and promoting fisheries sector in Pakistan. The platform of FDB enable the fishermen groups, professionals and intermediaries to discuss issues of common awareness, overcome problems by using technology suitable to local environment, initiate development programs, promote regional and global combination and to start activities for the benefit of the whole sector.
